Our services

The scope of each engagement is described in your selected package or written quote. We prepare and file documents based on the information you provide, and you are responsible for its accuracy and completeness.

Fees

  • Service fees are flat fees as described at the time of purchase.
  • USPTO and other government fees are separate, set by the government, and generally non-refundable once paid.
  • Additional work outside your package is quoted in writing before it begins.

No guarantee of registration

Registration decisions are made solely by the USPTO. While we work diligently to give every application the strongest possible chance, we cannot guarantee that any mark will be approved or registered.

Refunds

If you cancel before we begin work, we will refund your service fee. Once work has begun or documents have been filed, fees are non-refundable except as required by law or agreed in writing.

Website use

All content on this website, including text, design and graphics, belongs to Allot Mark. You may not copy or reuse it without permission. The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allot Mark is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
